AS YOU PREPARE TO BOOK

  • Please be sure to read ALL our Studio Policies that you are agreeing to before making your reservation. If any of these policies are violated during your shoot,
we reserve the right to charge you additional fees.

  • Studio booking hours are 7am - 10pm. Bookings requests outside these hours must be made via direct contact.

CANCELLATIONS

  • You can change or cancel your studio reservation with no additional charge up to 72 hours before your reservation by contacting us at book@productionhousedallas.com or by canceling from your confirmation email.

  • Rescheduling the same booking a second time, after the first reschedule, will incur a $75 fee.

  • No rescheduling will be allowed after a third time for the same booking.

  • Cancellations will receive a credit for the dollar amount spent that can be applied towards future reservations with us. This credit will be valid 6 months from the original reservation date.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
